Shawkat Sajal is busy with movie & drama

Shawkat Sajal is busy with movie related work. He also works in drama. There are reports of signing two new films. Voyal, where he played his Khal character, received grade A clearance from the cinema Censor Certification Board. Talking to the correspondent he informed on Tuesday. Here is the interview:

What are you busy with now?

The dubbing of the film “Ali” directed by Biplab Haider has been completed. I have also signed two new movies. Import by director Biplab Haider and Kangankal by director Sohail Talukder. Both movies are in pre-production & rehearsals. Shooting is likely to begin in November and December.

You work in government, how do you manage your time?

Yes, Wage Earners Welfare Board, Ministry of Expatriate Welfare and Overseas Employment . Acting is possible due to the support and encouragement of the Director General and the Director and other colleagues.

Voyal film has been given a censor certificate for Adult 18+ grade? Why for adults?

I also heard that the A grade certificate was given. I heard that the censor board members appreciated the film very much. Actually the film is social. Director Biplab Haider has highlighted the inconsistencies of the cultured society and the superstitions of the dark ages. Hopefully the film will strike a chord with all adult audiences.

What is your character in this film?

Khal character, drunk and bad natured man of the village. Lutfar Rahman Judge, Mehdi Hasan Mak are also acting in negative roles. Irfan Sajjad, Aisha Khan, Farida Chanda and many others have acted in good roles.

How to give time to the family in the busyness?

My wife is a very good hearted person. Always encouraging. Through mutual understanding.
