Prime Minister’s Press Secretary Abu Abdullah M. Saleh (Saleh Shibly)
Abu Abdullah M. Saleh (Saleh Shibly), Press Secretary to the Prime Minister, stated on Sunday that the political administration deeply understands the core aspirations of the nation, affirming that structural plans are actively underway to build an inclusive and prosperous Bangladesh across all religious, ethnic, and socio-political communities. He urged citizens to exercise patience as the government methodically rolls out foundational programs designed to guarantee essential public welfare.
The Press Secretary made these remarks while addressing a broad community gathering at the Govindapur High School grounds in Faridganj Upazila of Chandpur district as the chief guest.
Elaborating on socio-economic welfare initiatives, Saleh Shibly announced that every household will be covered under a comprehensive national "Family Card" system, noting that his own family would also be enrolled under the scheme. He emphasized that the government has structured dedicated developmental blueprints for diverse segments of society, including students, educators, athletes, entrepreneurs, agricultural workers, and healthcare professionals. He underscored that the leadership is fully committed to successfully realizing the policy vision outlined in the party chairman’s "I Have a Plan" declaration.
Addressing political grassroots workers, he remarked that ideological differences and internal frictions are natural in democratic party politics, but cautioned that such disagreements must never supersede national or institutional priorities. Acknowledging minor localized divisions within the Faridganj chapter, Saleh Shibly expressed confidence that internal cohesion would soon be restored through constructive dialogue and patience. He praised grassroots activists for their resilience during past political movements, reminding them that collective unity in service of broader goals remains paramount for the nation's future.
The assembly was attended by Faridganj Upazila party leadership, including Upazila unit President Sharif Mohammad Yunus, District Jubo Dal President Manikur Rahman Manik, former Upazila Jubo Dal Joint Convener Mahfuzur Rahman Tipu, former Upazila BNP Joint Convener Mohsin Molla, alongside Govindapur High School Headmaster Kabir Hossain, School Managing Committee President Sohel Bepari, and representatives from various affiliated organizations.
