Walton, Bangladesh’s leading air conditioner brand, has unveiled its new model, described as the world’s most feature-packed AC, at a special event held at Walton Corporate Office in Dhaka. The inauguration was led by Walton AC brand ambassador and Bangladesh national cricket team star, Taskin Ahmed.
The new AC integrates cutting-edge technologies, including Smart AI, AI Doctor, Humidity Monitoring, Solar Hybrid system, Iconic Display, Intelligent Inverter, and Offline Voice Control, making it one of the most advanced air conditioners globally. The innovative features aim to enhance user convenience, energy efficiency, and smart home integration.
Walton AC Chief Business Officer Md. Tanvir Rahman highlighted that continuous incorporation of IoT and AI-driven features has made Walton ACs increasingly smart and user-friendly. The new model also received patent certification for technologies such as Offline Voice Control, Iconic Display, Intelligent Inverter, and AI Doctor, granting Walton exclusive rights to use these innovations commercially.
According to Ariful Islam, Head of Residential AC R&D, the new AC’s Solar Hybrid feature allows it to run on solar energy during the day, reducing electricity consumption, and automatically switch to grid power when needed. Offline Voice Control enables users to operate the AC via voice commands without an internet connection.
The Iconic Display offers real-time monitoring of room temperature, operation modes, power usage, and error diagnostics, helping users optimize performance and save on maintenance costs. Other advanced features include iFeel technology, Air Quality Index monitoring, Filter Clean Alerts, Frost Clean, Air Plasma, and All-in-One Converter technology.
The AC uses environmentally friendly R-32 refrigerant and has passed international quality testing at NASDAT-UTS before being released to domestic and global markets.
The launch event was also attended by Walton AC CBO Md. Tanvir Rahman, Ariful Islam, and other senior officials from Walton’s AC R&D and business teams.
This milestone reinforces Walton’s position as a global leader in advanced and smart air conditioning technology, showcasing Bangladesh’s growing capability in high-tech home appliances.
