On the occasion of Martyrs’ Day and International Mother Language Day, Janata Bank PLC held a wreath-laying ceremony at the Central Shaheed Minar.
The ceremony was led by Chairman Md. Fazlur Rahman and Managing Director Md. Mazibur Rahman. Directors Abdul Majid Sheikh and Md. Obaidul Hoque, Deputy Managing Director Md. Fayaz Alam, along with executive officers and employees at all levels, were present to pay tribute to the language martyrs.
The event emphasized honoring the sacrifices of those who laid down their lives for the Bengali language and promoting awareness about the importance of preserving the mother tongue.
