The Quarterly Business Development Conference for 9 Zones and 4 Corporate Branches of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held on April 8, 2026, at the bank’s Head Office. The conference reviewed the bank's performace for the period of January-March 2026.Md. Omar Faruk Khan, Managing Director of the bank presided over the conference. Md. Altaf Hossain, Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder &Dr. M Kamal Uddin Jasim, Additional Managing Directors, along with Deputy Managing Directors, senior executives of the Head Office, Heads of the 9 Zones, and Heads of the 4 Corporate Branches were present on the occasion.
In his speech as the chairperson, Md. Omar Faruk Khan said that Islami Bank had two founding slogans: "Based on Islamic Shari’ah" and "Pioneer of welfare-oriented banking" which are still enlightened guides in our journey.
