The 408th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held recently at the board meeting room of the bank’s corporate head office. Mr. Mohammad Yunus, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the bank, presided over the meeting, during which a number of key investment proposals were approved.
The meeting was attended by the Vice-Chairmen of the Board, Mr. Mohiuddin Ahmed and Mr. Fakir Akhteruzzaman, alongside directors Mr. Md. Sanaullah Sahid, Mr. Harun Miah, Mr. Abdul Barek, Mr. Akkas Uddin Mollah, Mr. Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, Mr. Md. Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Mr. Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Mr. Fakir Moniruzzaman, and Mr. Abdul Hakim. Independent Director Mr. Md. Riazul Karim, Managing Director Mr. Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, and Company Secretary Mr. Md. Abul Bashar were also present at the session.
