The 3rd Executive Council Meeting of the Greater Noakhali Association, Dhaka was recently held at Hotel Le Meridien Dhaka. During the meeting, honorary crests were presented to four distinguished individuals from the Greater Noakhali region who were recently promoted to important positions. Among the recipients were two Additional Secretaries, the Chairman of Bangladesh Krishi Bank, and the Chief Engineer of Dhaka South City Corporation.
The meeting also featured detailed discussions on the upcoming Eid Reunion, Reception, and Cultural Program of the association, scheduled to be held on July 11, with members outlining plans to ensure the event’s success.
The program was presided over by Md. Anwar Hossain, President of the association and Secretary of the Ministry of Science and Technology. The event was moderated by the association’s General Secretary, Md. Mizanur Rahman. Among others, Dr. Mohammad Abu Yousuf, Senior Vice-President of the association and Secretary of the Ministry of Social Welfare, also addressed the gathering.
In his speech, the President emphasized the overall development of the Greater Noakhali region and urged all members to carry out their assigned responsibilities diligently to ensure the successful organization of the Eid Reunion, Reception, and Cultural Program on July 11. He also provided necessary guidelines to achieve the objectives of the event.
Other leaders and members of the Executive Council of the association were present at the meeting.
