The 279th meeting of the Board Audit Committee of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was recently held at the bank’s corporate head office boardroom. The meeting was chaired by Independent Director and Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, Md. Riazul Karim. Among others, Directors and members of the Board Audit Committee Fakir Mashriquzzaman and Fakir Moniruzzaman were present. The Managing Director of the bank, Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, and Company Secretary Md. Abul Bashar also attended the meeting.
