Bangladesh's gross foreign exchange reserves have increased to $36.457 billion, according to the latest data released by the Foreign Exchange Reserve and Treasury Management Department of Bangladesh Bank on Tuesday.
The central bank also reported that the country's net usable foreign exchange reserves, calculated under the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Balance of Payments and International Investment Position Manual, Sixth Edition (BPM6), stood at $31.749 billion.
Bangladesh Bank regularly publishes updates on the country's foreign exchange reserves under both the gross and the IMF's BPM6 methodologies.
