The 465th Board Meeting of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. took place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the bank’s head office. Chairman of the Board of Directors Badiur Rahman presided over the session. During the meeting, the board evaluated the bank's overall business performance and finalized key strategic policy decisions.
Vice Chairman of the Board Alhajj Liakat Ali Chowdhury, alongside Directors Alhajj Khalilur Rahman, Alhajj Salim Rahman, Mahbub Ahmed, Alhajj Hafez Md. Enayetullah, Alhaz Ahamedul Hoque, Alhajj Mohammad Abdus Salam, Engr. Kh. Mesbah Uddin Ahmed, Alhajj Md. Rafiqul Islam, Alhajj Anwar Hossain, Khwaja Shahriar, Md. Shahin Ul Islam, Md. Abdul Wadud, and Mohammad Asraful Hassan FCA were present.
The meeting was also attended by Bangladesh Bank Observer Mohammad Anisur Rahman, Director (IBRPD), Managing Director Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan, Company Secretary Mohammad Moniruzzaman FCA, and other senior executives of the bank.
