Around 40 founders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders participated in the ‘Founders’ Get-Together and Networking Session’ organised by Next Leaders at Grand Mostafa Hotel Ababil in Sylhet
Around 40 founders, entrepreneurs and business leaders from Sylhet, Dhaka and Chattogram gathered in Sylhet on Saturday to exchange business insights, discuss growth challenges and strengthen professional networks at a Founders' Get-Together and Networking Session organised by growth and marketing agency Next Leaders.
The day-long programme, held recently at Grand Mostafa Hotel Ababil, focused on practical business issues including customer acquisition, sales, marketing, business expansion strategies and the operational challenges entrepreneurs face while scaling their ventures.
The event aimed to create a platform for founders to learn from one another, share real-world experiences and explore opportunities for collaboration and business partnerships.
The session was moderated by Omer Sharif IbneyHai, Chairman and Founder of Next Leaders, who brings more than 22 years of 360-degree experience in e-commerce, business development, and marketing.
Speaking at the event, Omer Sharif IbneyHai said entrepreneurs across industries often face similar business challenges but have limited opportunities to exchange practical experiences.
"Peer learning plays an important role in helping businesses overcome challenges and identify new opportunities. Through this initiative, we hope to encourage meaningful dialogue, strengthen professional networks and contribute to the growth of Bangladesh's entrepreneurial ecosystem," he said.
Participants engaged in interactive discussions on market expansion, customer retention, branding, digital marketing and sustainable business growth, while also sharing experiences from their own entrepreneurial journeys.
The organisers said they plan to continue hosting similar networking sessions in different parts of the country to promote knowledge-sharing and collaboration among entrepreneurs.
Strategic partners of the event were Haramainstore.com, Storola, Alhisab and Healing Quran.Gift partners included JOUD, Zadina Dates & Nuts, BogurarDoi and Kazirhat Gallery.
