Zenith Islami Life CEO SM Nuruzzaman receives a certificate in Tokyo
Zenith Islami Life Insurance PLC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) SM Nuruzzaman participated as the sole representative from Bangladesh at the international OLIS Autumn Seminar 2026 held in Tokyo, the capital of Japan.
A total of 25 representatives from 10 Asian countries took part in the seminar, which provided an opportunity to exchange knowledge, experiences and professional expertise in the insurance industry.
Expressing his experience of attending the event, SM Nuruzzaman said he was delighted and proud to represent Bangladesh at the international seminar. He said the programme had enabled him to gain new knowledge and insights into the operations, development and modernisation of the global insurance industry.
He also expressed his intention to apply the knowledge and experience gained from the seminar to the development of Bangladesh's insurance sector.
Nuruzzaman is the Joint Secretary-General of the Bangladesh Insurance Forum and an executive member of the Bangladesh Insurance Association.
Zenith Islami Life Insurance PLC said the seminar was organised with full funding from the OLIS authorities. The event created an opportunity for participants from different countries to exchange knowledge, share professional experiences and enhance their expertise in the insurance industry.
The company expressed hope that the knowledge and experience gained through the international seminar would contribute positively to the modernisation of Bangladesh's insurance sector and improve the quality of operations at Zenith Islami Life Insurance PLC.
