The Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board has officially updated its logo and mandated the use of the new emblem across all administrative work. The decision was taken to align the official logo with the board's title under the Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board Act, 2020.
The directives were issued on Thursday (August 6) through an official order signed by the board's Registrar, Professor S. M. Tauhiduzzaman. Henceforth, all official documentation must incorporate the newly designated logo. However, existing printed stationery may continue to be used until current stocks are exhausted.
According to the official order, the institution is designated as the 'Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board' under the 2020 Act. However, the previous official logo displayed the text 'Bangladesh Madrasa Education Board, Dhaka'. To adhere strictly to the statute, the updated logo must now be utilized to maintain consistency with the legal name.
The board specified that the new logo must be featured on all official communications, letterheads, envelopes, note sheets, student registration cards, admit cards, academic transcripts, certificates, tabulation sheets, and related administrative documents.
The order noted that existing printed materials can be used until current supplies run out to prevent waste.
The order stated that the directive was issued with the approval of proper authorities and takes immediate effect. Copies of the notification have been dispatched to the Controller of Examinations, Inspector of Madrasas, Publication Controller, Computer Center, ICT Cell, regional offices, and all departmental officers for immediate compliance.
