In the aftermath of Monday’s deadly Bangladesh Air Force jet crash at Milestone School and College in Dhaka’s Uttara, authorities have activated several emergency hotlines to assist families searching for missing or injured persons.

Officials said these lines are being staffed to provide real-time updates on rescue operations, hospital admissions, and student whereabouts.

The Milestone School authority has also made a public appeal for blood donations for the injured, many of whom are in critical condition and being treated at the Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery.

Families and guardians are urged to use the hotline numbers instead of crowding hospitals or the crash site to help streamline emergency response efforts.
