A meeting of the Board of Directors of Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC was held on Wednesday, March 25, 2026, at Islami Bank Tower.
The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the bank, Professor Dr. Md. Zubaidur Rahman. Among others present were Executive Committee Chairman Mohammad Khurshid Wahab, Audit Committee Chairman Md. Abdus Salam (FCA, FCS), Risk Management Committee Chairman Professor Dr. Md. Masud Rahman, Independent Director S. M. Abdul Hamid, Managing Director Md. Omar Faruk Khan, and Company Secretary Md. Habibur Rahman.
During the meeting, the board reviewed the bank’s recent business activities and adopted several important business and policy decisions.
