BRAC Bank has signed a distributor finance agreement with Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) Bangladesh to strengthen the nationwide distribution ecosystem, ensure easy working capital, and accelerate sustainable business growth.
Under this agreement, BRAC Bank will provide specialized distributor finance solutions to CCI Bangladesh distributors. This will allow distributors to access the necessary financing to procure products and maintain the cash flow required for business expansion.
This collaboration aims to simplify and streamline the supply chain financing process, enhance operational efficiency, and provide greater financial flexibility for distributors. With assured liquidity support, their businesses will be strengthened, boosting their capacity to meet market demands efficiently.
The agreement was signed at a ceremony held on June 10, 2026, at the BRAC Bank head office in Dhaka. Selim R. F. Hussain, Additional Managing Director and Head of SME Banking at BRAC Bank, and Shadab Ahmed Khan, Managing Director of Coca-Cola İçecek (CCI) Bangladesh, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Commenting on the agreement, Syed Abdul Momen said, "A strong business ecosystem is the foundation of robust businesses. This partnership will help distributors achieve the necessary financial capability so they can confidently expand their businesses, create value, and contribute more effectively to the growing economy of Bangladesh."
Shadab Ahmed Khan stated, "Distributors play a vital role in delivering our products to millions of consumers across the country. Through this collaboration with BRAC Bank, we are enhancing their financial capacity. We believe this will assist distributors in achieving sustainable business growth."
Senior officials from both organizations attended the ceremony. BRAC Bank was represented by Additional Managing Director and Head of Wholesale Banking Md. Shaheen Iqbal, Head of Transaction Banking A.K.M. Faisal Halim, Head of Cottage, Micro and Small Business (Unit-1) Alamgir Hossain, Head of Cottage, Micro and Small Business (Unit-2) Mahbubur Rahman, and Head of Cash Management Musabbir Ahmed.
Representing CCI Bangladesh were Finance Integration Leader Ahmet Zahit Erdem, Head of Sales Gokhan Bayruk, Head of Legal M. Abdul Hannan, Sales Manager Zahid Haq, Business Planning and Treasury Lead A. H. Bayazid Hasan, and Finance Specialist Kishor Kumar Das, among other officials from both companies.
