The REHAB Summer Fair 2026, one of Bangladesh's largest real estate exhibitions, will be held in Dhaka from August 12 to 15 at the Shaheed Abu Sayed International Convention Centre.
The announcement was made on Monday following the first meeting of the Standing Committee for Press and Media of the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). The meeting, held at the REHAB Secretariat, was chaired by Tasnova Mahbub Salam, Chairperson of the committee and a REHAB director.
During the meeting, Tasnova Mahbub Salam outlined the committee's work plan, highlighting stronger engagement with the media, enhanced digital presence, fact-based communication, positive promotion of REHAB's activities, and measures to counter misinformation.
REHAB President Dr Ali Afzal said responsible journalism plays a vital role in promoting the housing sector, planned urban development, and delivering accurate information to the public. He stressed the importance of the Press and Media Committee in communicating REHAB's activities more effectively.
The meeting also adopted plans for the successful organisation and extensive promotion of the upcoming fair, strengthening coordination with news media, and highlighting the positive contributions of the country's housing sector.
According to REHAB, the four-day exhibition will bring together leading real estate developers, housing-related businesses and financial institutions. Visitors will be able to explore housing projects, apartments, residential plots, home loan facilities and property investment opportunities under one roof.
