The 797th meeting of the Board of Directors of Southeast Bank PLC. was held at the Bank’s Board Room in Dhaka. The meeting was presided over by the Founder and Current Chairman of the Southeast Bank PLC. Mr. M. A. Kashem, meeting marks another important milestone in the Bank’s ongoing transformation journey.
The meeting was attended by Mrs. Rehana Rahman, Vice Chairperson, and Directors including Mrs. Jusna Ara Kashem, Mrs. Duluma Ahmed, Mr. Nasir Uddin Ahmed, Engr. Khandker Badrul Hassan, Ms. Nur Nahar Tarin and Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam (Nominee of Asia Insurance PLC). Also present were Independent Directors Barrister M. Moyeen Alam Firozee and Ms. Nurjahan Begum. The Board of Directors congratulated the Honorable Chairman on his re-election.
