Popular Life Insurance officials hand over claim cheques to a policyholder in Mymensingh.
Popular Life Insurance PLC has distributed insurance claim cheques worth Tk 6 crore 43 lakh 18 thousand among policyholders in its Mymensingh region as part of the company's ongoing special initiative to ensure prompt settlement of insurance claims.
A cheque distribution ceremony and discussion meeting was held on October 15, 2026, at the conference hall of the company's own office in Mymensingh.
BM Yusuf Ali, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Popular Life Insurance PLC and President of the Bangladesh Insurance Forum, attended the programme as the chief guest.
Additional Managing Director BM Shawkat Ali, Senior Deputy Managing Director Syed Motahar Hossain, Deputy Managing Directors Md Kamal Hossain Mohsin and Mohammad Khalilur Rahman Sikder, Senior Executive Director Mohammad Selim Mia, and Executive Director Md Moklesur Rahman were present as special guests.
Several other senior officials of the company also addressed the meeting, highlighting the importance of timely insurance claim settlement and improved services for policyholders.
The programme was presided over by General Manager Md Shakil Mahmud.
During the event, the chief guest was seen handing over an insurance claim cheque to a policyholder.
